To date, Norths have completed the first three stages of Lakes Grammar under construction management contracts.

Built to facilitate the relocation and expansion of the existing school, the site presently includes a primary school campus
(stages 1 & 2), and the first stage of the secondary school campus. The use of contemporary materials and bright colours have created a vibrant learning environment.

Through the construction management process, Norths have had detailed input into the management and delivery of all three stages within timeframe and budget.
