Managing Director
As Managing Director of North Construction & Building, Tim is responsible for all aspects of projects from tender to completion. Tim holds a Bachelor of Building in Construction Management, and has over 15 years experience in building construction, management and administration.

Matthew Cook
(Director - Projects)

Director - Projects
Having graduated with Honours on completion of the Bachelor of Construction Management degree, Matthew has had over 15 years management & involvement experience in the building industry in a variety of commercial, industrial & institutional projects ranging in value $0.5m to $56m.
Josh Sheather Chief Estimator
Josh is a qualified carpenter & joiner with over 20 years experience in the industry. He is currently a holder of a building supervisors certificate. Josh is responsible for all budget proposals and tendering within the estimating department.
John Melvin Construction Manager
Having gained his trade certificate in the UK John has worked both in Europe and Australia, as a foreman and site manager. John's daily responsibility includes contact with North site foreman to ensure quality, safety and efficiency.
Rebecca Bestak Office Manager
With 12 years experience in finance and admin, Bec is responsible for the day to day admin operations of North including accounts, HR, payroll, document control and and system innnovation.
