Tim Cornish (Director)	Managing Director
	As Managing Director of North Construction & Building, Tim is responsible for all aspects of projects from tender to completion. Tim holds a Bachelor of Building in Construction Management, and has over 15 years experience in building construction, management and administration.
Phil Thompson (Director)	Director / Construction Manager
	As a Director, and as North's Construction Manager, Phil has the responsibility for the overview of site matters for all projects and the day to day running of any particular project upon which he is specifically engaged. He holds carpentry & joinery qualifications and has 30 yrs experience in all facets of site management of building projects including industrial, commercial and residential.
Matthew Cook (Director)	Senior Project Manager
	Having graduated with Honours on completion of the Bachelor of Construction Management degree, Matthew has had over 15 years management & involvement experience in the building industry in a variety of commercial, industrial & institutional projects ranging in value $0.5m to $56m.
Josh Sheather	Chief Estimator
	Josh is a qualified carpenter & joiner with over 20 years experience in the industry. He is currently a holder of a building supervisors certificate. Josh is responsible for all budget proposals and tendering within the estimating department.
Kerri Lindsay	Office Manager
	With 15 years experience in office management, Kerri is responsible for the day to day running of the office, including everything from accounts and wages through to document control and secretarial work.
