We are consistently the lowest tenderer, because we work with our contractors to develop innovative designs, or we obtain a price advantage based on their trust and our reputation for timely payments.

Selection

All subcontractors chosen to tender for a project have the capabilities to ensure top-quality workmanship.

Assessment

If a subcontractor does not have a proven track record with North we insist on referees. We also have a detailed subcontractor interview form which addresses the necessary criteria for a subcontractor to successfully tender.

Monitoring

Our project team monitors performance on site. A North director is personally involved with the project and will be aware of progress on your site.

Management

The site supervisor manages the subcontractors’ performance on site. Program and quality issues are the site supervisor’s primary functions on site.
